Prior to AquaRev, hot tubs were regularly taken offline to be drained, cleaned, refilled, and reheated due to water conditions or guest complaints. Post-install: that procedure was no longer necessary.
All pools and spas remained open and operating year-round — a meaningful uplift to revenue-generating amenity availability.
The Resort reported that service-recovery compensation issued to guests for pool/spa-related incidents was eliminated after install.
In 2023, AquaRev Water engineers were introduced to the engineering and management teams at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Paradise in Las Vegas. The property — operating commercial pools and spas in the high-evaporation Mojave climate — had three priorities the existing chemical-treatment infrastructure couldn't fully address:
After a technology review covering AquaRev's patents, laboratory data, and prior commercial-property performance, a structured 30-day pre / post pilot was approved on the property's Family Pool and Family Spa.
The pilot was designed to produce defensible before/after results under real operating conditions, with daily measurement and chemical-use logging performed by an independent commercial pool service partner.
